Free Standard Shipping to the United States

We offer free standard shipping to U.S. destinations available at checkout. The standard shipping charge for eligible U.S. orders is $0 at checkout. For destinations outside the United States, please contact dreamlacewigofficial@gmail.com for availability and a shipping quote before ordering.

Order Processing and Delivery Estimates

Ready-to-ship orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Products that require customization or additional preparation need extra time; please confirm the preparation time with us before purchasing.

We generally use DHL or FedEx. Typical transit time is approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier service. Processing time is separate from transit time. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; remote locations, holidays, carrier disruptions and customs processing may cause delays.

Track Your Order

After dispatch, we send tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take 1–2 days to update. If you need help, email us with your order number.

Shipping Address and Order Changes

Check your address carefully before checkout. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to the order's processing and dispatch status and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Customs and Import Charges

Free shipping refers to the standard delivery charge. It does not mean that customs duties, import taxes or other government charges are included. Any applicable charges depend on the destination and its rules.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Parcels

If a parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact the carrier and our team with your order number and tracking details. We will help investigate. Please retain the packaging and any photos of damage.
