This hair was super soft and did not have a smell. I washed it and deep conditioned it to make sure it was clean. It made the curls pop more which was amazing! I braided this hair (treebraid method) into my hair and did not add any additional hair to my actual hair. I’ve had this style in 3 weeks and the hair is still tangle free. For my maintenance, which I’ve done only twice, I damped my hair and misted a very light oil (design essential) and brushed with a paddle brush for upkeep. I used two full packs using 2-3 pieces per braid and compiled my whole head. This hair is still soft and does not tangle.
